The only functional aftermarket oil filter cover solution made out of a solid billet T6 Aluminum offered in the market.
Attach an oil pressure gauge (included) easily onto the 1/8” NPT access for diagnostics! This same NPT port allows the use of our very own DIY Kit In-Cabin Oil Pressure Gauge or the adaptability of aftermarket universal oil pressure senders.
Each Billet cover comes with a high pressure plug rated for pressures above 150 PSI at 350 F steam pressure. Oil Pressure Gauge is included and only recommended to use for diagnostics (notIP67 rated).
The provided gauge is not to be used as a permanent under-hood-gauge solution.
Gauge Install Instructions for Diagnostic Use (Included)
Ensure NPT female threads on Billet Oil Cap are clean once the hex plug is removed. Install billet oil cap into housing without pressure gauge and using the hex head, tighten to spec (25 Nm).
Install the oil pressure gauge with thread sealant (automotive grade) as directed and twist onto billet cap tightening up to two turns from finger tight. Check for leaks with engine up to temperature. Removal process is opposite of install.
Over-tightening of O-Ring Boss plug on port access may damage the anodized housing and/or O-ring. Plug needs to seal at maximum 5 lbs ft.

An optional corrosion, vibration resistant liquid-filled and serviceable with glycerin can be selected as a permanent engine bay monitoring system. (+$75.00)
To INSTALL: Ensure NPT female threads on Billet Oil Cap are clean once the hex plug is removed. Install billet oil cap into housing with hex plug removed to 25Nm. Apply automotive grade thread sealant (high temp) on Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauge and allow to set as directed.
The Oil Filter Cover can be removed and reinstalled with the Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauge attached using an adjustable spanner wrench until full stop resistance is felt (which is usually 25 Nm). There is no need to remove and re-seal the Glycerin-Filled Pressure Gauge once installed.
